We had a really nice big comfortable room with great air conditioning which was much needed. It was an ideal central location and close to everywhere we wanted to go.

The hotel has very strategic postion. Everything is several minutes on foot from there. Bus station, public bus stop, central public bus stops (Portagem), railway station Coimbra (cca 5 min), Coimbra-B (cca 15-20 min), two supermarkets, restaurants, the center etc. The staff is willing to answer the questions or send the invoice by e-mail on request immediately, absolutely no problem. The bed was very comfortable. The shower enclosure without any flaw - I haven't seen it for a long time. Very surprising and I appreciate it!

We appreciated having a fridge. Spacious room. Another chair or luggage rack would have been handy. Loved the relaxed feel, modern decor. All of our needs were met while we enjoyed our time in Coimbra.

The Stafford great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The little balcony area was nice as well.

The room was lovely and the bed was enormous and super comfortable. The location was excellent for public transport and for arriving/departing via coach or train. There are some great restaurants not too far away, and once you get your bearings, it is also easy to find your way around to the sights.

Good value for money and walking distance to the old town. The aircon worked and bed was okay. The fridge is tiny and it took a while before it was cold enough but in the end it worked.

The location was quite good. There was a cafe Coimbra Doce across the road which served nice meals, with courteous staff, some speaking English. There was a launderette 3 minutes away, and a Continente supermarket two minutes away. A large post office one minute away. The town centre was within walking distance, and bus services in front of the hotel. Hot water was great. Electric kettle and fridge in the room was convenient. Breakfast was good too.

The staff was nice and welcoming, and very helpful. The room had great conditions, although a bit hot. However, I never used the air conditioning. They were very flexible regarding my arrival and departure conditions, letting me leave my luggage for a few extra hours after check out with no questions.

Lovely hotel, nice people. Excellent secure parking for a motorbike. Definitely stay again
